Engineering for critical infrastructure
CrInf was founded in Rada Tilly, Chubut, to solve a specific problem: companies operating drone fleets in Patagonia depend on equipment that fails far from anywhere, in harsh weather, with no one nearby who knows how to repair it.
Before CrInf there were twenty years of critical infrastructure work in Patagonia: networks, servers, links and systems that cannot be allowed to stop. That experience left one firm conviction, and it is the one that gives the company its name: in critical infrastructure, the problem is never the equipment. It is the time that passes before someone arrives.
When operators in the region began adopting drones for inspection and surveillance, the same old pattern appeared. Excellent equipment, trained personnel, and a gap in between: when something fails at the enclosure, there is no one to call.
CrInf exists to fill that gap. We don't fly: we keep flying operations running for those who do.
How we work
We are where the problem is
Our own base in Rada Tilly, our own crew and our own equipment. We do not outsource the response.
Every intervention leaves a record
A ticket is opened under a number and closed under the same one. What failed, what was done, who did it and when.
We only promise what we can deliver
If a response time cannot be met in Santa Cruz, we do not promise it.
We work so that you don't have to call us
Scheduled maintenance exists to reduce how often interventions are needed. It looks like a commercial contradiction, and it is the right way to work.
